Welcome to Dearman Drone Services! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide aerial photography, videography, real estate media, wedding drone footage, and related services. Full details of our packages and pricing can be found on our Services page or provided in custom quotes.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your shoot.

• Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Final payment is required before any media files are delivered

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future project if the shoot is canceled or rescheduled.

• If a session is canceled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, the deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.

• In cases where we are unable to fly due to weather conditions or lack of airspace approval (e.g., ATC denial), the deposit will be held and applied to a rescheduled date.

4. Media Usage & Copyright

• Clients are granted a license to use delivered media for personal or commercial use.

• Dearman Drone Services retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, or marketing.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for delays due to weather, airspace restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control.

• All drone operations comply with FAA rules and safety guidelines.

• Proof of drone liability insurance is available upon request and can be used to cover both the remote pilot and the client, if needed.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
